Our Product Support team will work on a complete evaluation of your needs to provide any form of equipment, parts, or service support.

Understand and Exceed Customer Expectations

  • We want to familiarize ourselves with our customers business.
  • We are having conversations with our customers to understand “What can we do to better support your operations?”
  • We take their feedback and develop an action plan to address and support the customer’s needs.

Lower Cost of Ownership

  • Executing daily and planned maintenance is the largest contributor to a low cost of ownership.
  • Routine inspections will mitigate unchecked issues and prevent propagation resulting in major or catastrophic failures.
  • We offer a wide range of preventative maintenance solutions geared towards our customers specific needs.
  • We evaluate our customers spend on all items in efforts to develop incentives to consolidate supply chain.

Higher Mechanical Availability

  • With the implementation of a preventative maintenance plan the equipment will be available for operation more rather than being broken down waiting corrective actions.
  • PM philosophy typically involved a schedule for which the machine will be downed for the purpose of proactively changing filters/fluids as well as parts/components. During the schedule down time an inspection is conducted in efforts to catch any needed repairs early.
  • Our flexibility allows us to develop customized solutions for each customer to partner with their capabilities to achieve minimal downtime.

Maintenance Training

  • Our team of PSSR’s conduct training to show operations/maintenance teams as well as operators the critical items to check at each service interval.
  • We can develop specific learning paths for customers who employ their own service resources.
  • Our flexibility allows us to develop customized training to fit the customer’s needs.

Machine Health Monitoring

  • With the use of Telematics, we get visibility to machine health information.
  • We monitor service intervals to advise the customer of upcoming services.
  • We monitor critical codes and share with the customer to take immediate action to prevent propagation and catastrophic damage leading to excessive down time and high cost of operation.
