Keyan and Brett as well as the whole staff have bent over backwards to help us in any way they could. We were in between having a competitive machine go down and waiting on a new machine we’ve ordered to arrive. Even though I didn’t own a Bobcat at that time, they’ve really stepped up in the rental and the customer service game as a whole in the way they’ve treated us.
